His expertise in managing large IT teams and high value IT budgets towards aligning technology with organizational goals makes him an invaluable asset for steering IT strategy and digital initiatives at HEPL.

With his extensive practical experience in IT, Murali has proved to be an unequivocal leader in various domains such as Cloud Architecture, Program Management, SAP Security, License and Compliance Management, Enterprise Risk Management and more.

Vairam Vasu

Head of Customer Success

Vairam has accumulated a wealth of expertise spanning more than two and a halfdecades in the fields of Operations, Customer Service, Training, Business Analytics, and Automation. In her previous roles, she made significant contributions to organizations such as Bharti Airtel and Sistema Shyam Teleservices, showcasing her industry expertise in Telecom and Shared services, overseeing PAN India operations. Prior to her assignment with HEPL, she served as the Vice President - Customer Service at Inditrade Scalerator Limited, a Fintech firm, where she achieved remarkable success in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving operational efficiency .

Saravanan

Head of Digital Technology

Saravanan is our seasoned executive leader, a visionary in Digital Technology Transformation and Data Analytics, boasting a remarkable three-decade track record. Specializing in customer-centric cloud, data, analytics, and product strategies, he's led agile transformations at scale, successfully deploying over 50 Data Platforms, 40+ AIML programs, and 16 B2B SaaS Products across 60+ countries. With expertise spanning FMCG, Food & Agri, Retail, Beverages, Insurance, and BFS domains, he's collaborated with high-level executives from various global markets, including the Americas, APAC, Africa, and Europe.

Honoured as one of India's "Top 10 Chief Analytics Officers", he's acclaimed as a "Key Strategic Innovator", "Best P&L Leader" and "Best People Leader." His SaaS products earned several international acclaim, including the "Reuters Responsible Supply Chain Platform" award.

Srikanth

With an exceptional understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior,Srikanth, with over 18 years of valuable experience, has a knack for identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the industry. His deep-rooted knowledge spans across various sectors, including FMCG, Fintech, Telecom and Luxury Retail. His last assignment was with Inditrade Scalerator Limited as Business Head - Tamil Nadu.

Ramesh has a distinguished 19-year career in HR, specializing in Payroll and Compliance. He held key roles at WNS Global Services, ADP Pvt. Ltd., and most recently, as Head of HR Operations at Financial Software and Systems. His expertise includes HR Operations, Technology-driven Payroll and Compliance, HR Audit and Analytics, HR Digitalization and Automation, making him a valuable leader at HEPL for HR excellence and innovation.

Purushothaman Gopalan

Purushothaman Gopalan, our Internal Audit Head, brings over two decades of extensive expertise in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, and Revenue Assurance across diverse industries in India and the Middle East. With an illustrious career that includes pivotal roles at Gemaco Interiors LLC (Abu Dhabi) and Ahmed Khalil Al Baker General Trading Est (UAE), he has consistently led audit teams with distinction. He is known for establishing robust processes and delivering valuable insights by identifying potential risks and opportunities for enhancement.
